1. Producing pitch books/presentation materials and printing/compiling such pitch books/presentation materials
2. Conducting research via internet
3. Organizing office events (incl. Embassy luncheon party in April and dinner at the embassy in September)
4. Assisting in any presentations by way of a projector/screen to corporate clients
5. Maintain/update corporate customer data base (ICRM)
6. Arranging business trips (BT application, transportation ticket and hotel) and settling traveling expenses
7. Arranging restaurants outside for lunch/dinner with corporate clients
8. Greeting and serving corporate clients coming to our office
9. Typing and arranging holiday cards in December

You have more than 3 years experience working in financial services and understand the needs of clients; you speak strong Business English; you are strong using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, and are a fluent navigator of the internet for research purposes; you have a strong sense of hospitality for corporate guests, and a desire to meet needs and requests enthusiastically.
