Responsible for the support and maintenance of the Asia Telco Cisco VoIP infrastructure

Help to support the global network infrastructure

Help to design and build new sites and upgrade existing sites across Asia

The position includes but is not limited to installation and maintenance of the physical switches, routers, cabling, IP phones, voicemail and voice recording services.

Perform basic administration across the Telco and network hardware to provide support services for customers.

Configure and maintain the network and voice infrastructure across Asia and globally to maintain a highly available environment .
Administer firewall rules
Monitoring and reporting on Network alerts and providing remediation.
Interfacing with other IT personnel globally and regionally to provide follow the sun support.
Configuration and maintenance of monitoring systems, user processes, network interfaces and other routine operations.

· A minimum of 2 years experience configuring and maintaining Cisco 2800, 3800, 7206 routers, 3750 or 6500 (native and hybrid mode) switches.
· A minimum of 1 year experience with Cisco Call Manager
· Experience with Nokia firewalls
· Some scheduled weekend maintenance work is required.
· Problem solving, teamwork and customer service skills.
· Good interpersonal and English communication skills are essential
· English fluency a must. Business Japanese.
· Experience with CiscoWorks, Cisco Call Manager Express/Unity Express, MRTG, Unix
