*Simulation of credit and market risks on exotic transactions
*Calculating initial margin amounts for hedge fund transactions
*Calculating credit charges for structured transactions
*Analysis and review of securitisation structures / transactions
*Analyse and review non-vanilla, exotic transactions and facilitate their risk management and approval
*Liaise with internal functions (Legal, Compliance, Finance etc) to discuss transactions / clients and promote a holistic approach to risk management.
*Brief management on issues which may require their attention
*Co-ordinate Transaction Approval Committees
*Negotiate credit / market risk terms for legal documentation with clients
*Assist in the reporting of various non-vanilla risks
*Ensure Risk Capital Markets policies and procedures are followed

The successful candidate will be a fluent English speaker, and have 1-5 years experience in market / credit risk management within the financial services industry. You will have a strong quantitative background, and good IT proficiency. You will also have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, combined with the ability to work effectively under pressure. The suitable candidate will have experience in stochastic modelling of derivative risks, and be comfortable with statistical techniques, as well as being aware of their limitations.
