・ Job Responsibilities: Manage mid-size to large custom market research projects from pre-sales assistance through to project completion
・Serve as a key interface between the client and the project team throughout the course of the project
・ Serve as a key Japan office liaison point with the company’s ・global headquarters and senior management team
・ Supervise key aspects of each project including data collection, analysis, report writing, project delivery and presentations
・ Plan and manage a series of syndicated research reports on emerging software technologies and paradigms for enterprise users
・ Write regular briefings or comments on software markets for major trade journals or relevant Internet web sites
・ Assist sales in proposal creation and project pricing
・ Assist with Asia, US and European focused projects
・ Salary Range 6.5-9M/College Graduate or above

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing or market research, industry analysis, or technology journalism. Required skills include the following:
・ Strong writing and oral communication skills in both English and Japanese
Hands-on experience in all phases of research projects from writing proposals, development of survey instruments, and providing clear strategic recommendations to clients based on their analysis
・ Ability to manage complex projects from beginning to end, manage client relationships, manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, personally grow revenues with existing clients, and provide direction and management of junior staff members as a team is built
・ Knowledge of the IT sector and understanding of emerging software technologies and markets
