This multinational IT company is looking for an experienced Organizational Development professional to act as a change agent and address various learning/development needs for their company. They are looking for an experienced human resources practioner to drive organizational effectiveness within their company.

You will initiate and coordinate development programs for the company. You will work very closely with top management as well as line managers, etc. to identify the missing gaps and align that with the business objectives.

You will be responsible for various projects. You will be respnosible for such project that you will be responsible as a Senior Organizational Development manager is ... 1) Talent Management, 2) Leadership Development and 3) Organizational Development. After you map out the development plan, you will also monitor individual development and career progression AS the CHANGE AGENT within the organization.

* Experience in either TALENT MGMT, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT or ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (Expertise in ONE out of the THREE)
