1. To develop the accounting and controlling function, assuring the proper level of quality of staffing at all times, identifying needs for training and maximize the personal performance of each team member.
2. Manage all accounting, budgeting, analysis, credit and collection, payment, statutory and tax functions.
3. Provide guidance on all accounting matters and advice to the senior management consistent with the Group’s overall accounting policy.
4. Develop functions, including procedures, systems and schedules to enable timely and informative collection, adjustment and reporting of financial data. To assure transparency and audit trails in all accounting transactions.

1. Qualification: Qualified Accountant
2. Education: Degree in Accounting or above
3. Work Experience: Minimum 10 years within finance and accounting with experience in Big 4 and MNC environment
4. Special Skills / Knowledge : Japan accounting and tax knowledge, computer operating skill, SAP system understanding, good managerial and communication skills.
5. Language Skills: Business English
