
Tasks:
Designing, implementing ITIL-based processes for T-Systems Japan adapting T-Systems standard delivery processes to local characteristics
Responsible for defining ITIL-roles for Incident- , Problem- Change Management
Responsible for process monitoring of the defined roles and for possible counteracting measures
Responsible for developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Responsible for Configuration-, Release- and Patch Management and Reporting implementation, documentation and optimization
Initiating new and innovative IT technologies for the repsonsible topics

Requirements:
University or Master degree of computer science, economical computer science, or physics or similar qualification.
At least five years experience in IT-Companies
Being familiar with large IT Organizations
Profound knowledge of Systems Management technologies and solutions for Client/Server environments
Profound knowledge of MS Office products
ITIL-certification for support and delivery
basic skills in business administration
