1. Manage escalation and follow-up of cases requiring further action.
2. Be familiar with and adhere to latest configuration, installation, training and support standards and procedures.
3. Work with support team and customers to ensure service level and expectations are exceeded.
4. Support and development of DOS batch and Korn shell scripts to automate application, backups and recovery process.
5. Administrate intensive unit and system process testing of interface.
6. Maintain customer test environment using VMWare.
7. Supervise First level logic-flow troubleshooting within the shell scripts and configurations (code).
8. Develop and support system data flow schemes for customer interfaces.
9. Technical documentation and writing.
10. Utilise macros and functions for data manipulation within databases.

4. アプリケーション、バックアップ、修復過程を自動化するためのDOSバッチとKornシェルスクリプトのサポートと開発。
5. 強化ユニットとインターフェースのシステムプロセス試験の管理。
6. VMWareを使用した顧客テスト環境維持。
7. シェルスクリプトとコンフィギュレーション(code)に関する第一段階のロジック・フロー・トラブルシューティングの管理。
8. 顧客インターフェースのためのシステムデータフロー計画の開発とサポート。
9. 技術的文書の作成。
10. データベース内のデータ操作のためにマクロと機能を活用する。

Technical and educational requirements:

- Degree in a Technical, Business or Marketing field
- Experience with DOS batch files and Unix shell scripts
- Experience with Windows 2000 Server and Pro, Windows XP
- Experience with PC-based software such as spreadsheets and databases
- Experience with POS or POS-related products
- Experience with Loss Prevention Products
- Knowledge of Xcellnet; experience with Linux/Unix(Desirable)
- 2+years management experience working with a Retail system, ideally in a support environment (Desired)
- Training experience (Desired)
- Experience with automated support management and tracking tool in a support centre environment(Desired)
