Job Description

Work contents:
(1) Business and process improvement experience of system Software building in (browser, mailer, and platform)
(2) Customer over-the-counter customer service concerning product quality
(3) Educational campaign to development team

[業務内容]
(1) 組み込み系SW(ブラウザ、メーラー、プラットフォーム)の品質保証業務及び、そのプロセス改善業務
(2) 製品品質に関する顧客窓口業務
(3) 開発チームに対する品質保証啓蒙活動

Required Skills

Experience and knowledge
(1) Knowledge of scientific matters concerning quality control and quality assurance (CMM etc.) of Software
(2) Adjustment and command ability with related post
(3) Possess good communications skills both in-house and outside.
(4) Knowledge concerning Software test techniques
(5) Knowledgeof XML and JavaScript

Good to have:
- Development experience in software
- A foreign language like English, Chinese, and Korean, etc.
- Possess the ability to achieve goals and targets
- Able to adjust to an ever changing environment.
