JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Title - Net Developer Lead
Team - Enterprise Application Platform
Type - Full Time Employee

Position Summary

This is a prime role in eBusiness Group which enterprise-wise eBusiness system integration projects.

The .Net Developer lead reports to eBusiness Group Manager and works closely with .Net Architect, Contents Management Lead and Business Users. He/She leads a team which is responsible for development jobs for eBusiness projects using .Net technology.

Accountability

Key Areas of Accountability
Tasks Team Lead

- Lead a .Net development team to ensure the efficiency of development.

- Control the vendors to ensure the efficiency of development and enhancement of the companies leadship in Japan.

- Communicate with IT and Business users to collect the business requirements and create the requirement documents.

- Manage the .Net development team to ensure succeed of strategic projects.

- Establish and maintain a proper .Net development management procedure with other development departments.

- Departments workflows(Procurement, CCRM etc)
- CompanyLink site improvement
- Public site improvement
- Knowledge management system
- Vendor & Technology Management
- .Net/MOSS2007/IAA

REQUIRED SKILLS:

General Experience and Qualifications

- Essential Experience and Qualifications;

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, having strong .Net knowledge, and at least 3+ years experience in eBusiness system development, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- 1+ years team lead experience including requirements, design, development, testing and delivery.

- 3+ years experience with Microsoft .NET, OOA/OOD techniques including a deep understanding of design patterns, J2EE component, HTML, and JavaScript

- 3+ year experience with XML, XSLT, Web Services

- Understand HTTPs, LADP

- Java Developer : Certified Java Professional, Microsoft .Net Developer: Microsoft Certified .Net Professional

- Knowledge on UML

- Demonstrable skills in interfacing with users and gathering requirements, overall good consultative and communication skills, analytical ability, strong judgment and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

- Good writing and documentation skills are required.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Experience of MOSS2007 development.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Technology with significant IT experience
