- Design and manage regional enterprise system to support business activities by providing technical support, maintenance and operations are delivered with high availability, within budget and according to agreed quality standards

- Manage partners, vendors, and other third parties of on-site and outside to maximize IT operation efficiency by tight and incorruptible communication.

- Work as an effective team member, supporting peers and recognizing the contributions of others to ensure the achievement of team goals.

- Continually seek out relevant industry and technical knowledge and improve on professional skills by completing necessary development activities

- Ensure that all projects undertaken by the group follow project management standards to ensure the relevance and quality of the technical solutions delivered to the client.

- Provide expert technical consulting services to ensure best technical solutions are applied to projects and are compliant with company IT architecture standards.

- Get involved in developing, implementing and monitoring company Asia IT strategic plans and task initiatives that have the group as owner or participant to further the organization’s vision and goals.

- Vendor/Outsourcing Company management and negotiations
- Strong Experience and Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems
- Strong Experience and Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
- Strong Experience and Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange
- Desktop/Laptop systems
- Backup/Disaster Recovery Systems
- Storage Area Network
- MS-SQL RDBMS
- The Internet Infrastructure
- Corporate LAN/WAN Infrastructure
- Knowledge of global IT industry and best practices
