The ability to execute orders intelligently across multiple pools of internal and external liquidity is quickly becoming an important competitive edge for their equities trading business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the internalization and smart order routing technology build-out in Asia.

Main areas of responsibility

-Develop, maintain and support the internalization and smart order routing platform for pan-Asia markets, using the latest technologies developed both locally and globally.
-Integrate smart order routing into our order management, algorithmic trading and quant trading platforms.
-Work closely with other application and infrastructure technology teams to improve the resiliency and scalability of our trading platform.

Skills and Experience

-Years of experience is flexible - 1 to 5 years.
-Real-time, multi-threaded, server-side software development experience in C++ on Unix/Linux required.
-Front-office trading or relevant industry experience optional but highly desirable.
-Experience in dealing with distributed, high performance, mission critical systems and environment.
-Strong interest in the equities markets.
-Proactive self-starter, team player.
