職務内容：
- 企業の上位5社のリテイルパートナー企業での最小顧客を含む、小売・電子小売顧客リストを管理・開発。
- 各アカウント向に四半期毎の成長プランを作成し、実行する。
- アサインされた顧客に対する全方面からのアカウント管理対応。
- 製品コミュニケーション
- 改善された製品と製品のポジショニングによるブランド知名度の育成。
- 店舗管理と店舗訪問
- 顧客購買部とのたくさんの交渉
- プロモーション計画と調整
- 週1回の頻度での進展レポート（基礎的文語英語必須）

Our client manufactures optical storage drives (CD-RW, DVD-RW), external hard drives, redundant array of independent disk (RAID) systems, and magnetic tape storage products. Other offerings include color monitors, software, and accessories. Its products are designed for use with Apple, Linux, and PC platforms. The company has operations in the Americas, Asia, Australia, and Europe, which accounts for more than half of the company’s worldwide sales.

They have established themselves in Japan for the past 7 years and are rapidly expanding; currently looking for a Senior Retail Account Executive.

This role is responsible for;
- Managing and developing a list of Retail and eTail Customers including at least one of our client’s top 5 retail partners.
- Developing a quarterly Growth Plan for each account and implementing it
- Handling all aspects of Account management for assigned Customers
- Product communication
- Growing brand visibility with improved merchandising and product positioning
- Store management and visits
- Negotiating volume deals with Customer’s Purchasing Department
- Planning and coordinating promotions
- Reporting progress on a weekly basis (basic written English skills mandatory)
