-Promote and develop business relationship with mainly Japanese clients for both Japan and International Active Equity strategies.
-Satisfy various clients needs timely, proactive, and sophisticated manner.
-Promote and develop business relationship with both new and existing clients.
-Co-work with other strategists.
-Generate new and/or improvement ideas for our quantitative model of Japanese Active Equity Strategies.
-Improve the disclosure and analysis of our investment performance, strategies fit and markets environment.
-Generate concrete ideas of improvement in process of analysis, information sharing, and enhancing knowledge within the team.
-Execute improvement plans agreed by team with leadership.
