-Analysis/Architecture Vision - Work with different areas of Operations to identify and document workflow, use of Technology, risks and issues, partner with Technology to identify opportunities, define and pursue short-term and strategic solutions.
-Asia liaison for global projects - Work with global project team to engage the Asia stakeholders of important global Operations Technology initiatives
-Project management - Spearhead projects, from requirement analysis, recommendation of solutions, planning and scoping, to actual execution of pan-Operations technology projects
-Management Reporting - Summarize analysis findings and recommendations to senior management, produce regular senior management update on projects
-IT$ spend - Work with global OTS team on Operations Technology project prioritization, tracking of IT$ spend and return on investments.
-Building and managing relationships between various users groups, technologists and management
-People Management - Be part of the Asia Payments & Control management team

-Detail-oriented with interest in how Technology is/can be used
-People Management experience
-Project Management experience
-Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and relationships with senior leadership in Operations and Technology divisions
-Self-motivated and confident
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Japanese and English (verbal and written)
-Team player
-Strategic thinker to drive long-term solutions with a global vision
