- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Keep site team focused on setting and meeting client, site and company goals
- Encourage teamwork, ensure all staff members are involved in generating high client satisfaction
- Manage billing, reporting and finances effectively
- Oversee team staff ; identify, encourage and develop future leaders
- Report to the company’s Country Manager and directors

- 2+ years experience in a leadership role
- 2+ years experience in same industry (preferable on-site experience of Copy/Production center)
- Cross-cultural sensitivity
- Native Japanese (oral and written), Fluent English (oral and written)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

- Prefer printing business experience
- Prefer Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years comprehensive outsource experience preferred
