This exciting and dynamic role sits most importantly in the team performing real time end user coverage and troubleshooting system issues first hand on extremely critical Fixed Income sales systems. Its primary responsibility is Asia support contact for daily end user system issues, working closely with helpdesk and infrastructure teams to quickly resolve issues impacting the Sales environment.
It is a great opportunity to further polish your technical skills and expand your business exposure as a support specialist, particularly in the currently hot Fixed Income market. The successful candidate will have good knowledge in Fixed Income products such as cash bonds, interest rate and credit derivatives.

An excellent English and Japanese bilingual needed in order to efficiently communicate with application users locally and globally.
Working experience in Unix/Linux and Windows XP
Application, infrastructure support experience in a trading environment
Scripting language such as kshell, Perl, VB.

Enthusiastic and passionate about support
Ability to perform under pressure with very demanding clients.
