Minimum of 7 years IT work experience in large and heterogeneous IT environments, of which at least 5 are in Unix/Linux/Microsoft solution design

Work with the various organizations within T-Systems to gather business requirements and design technical solutions.
Provide inputs to and communicate strategy and vision.
Inspire the organizational entity to ascribe to that vision
Interface with engineers and organizational leaders to pull together business requirements and solve business problems
Ensure solutions designed positively impact IT Operations

University Degree or equivalent business experience
Minimum of 7 years IT work experience in large and heterogeneous IT environments, of which at least 5 are in Unix/Linux/Microsoft solution design
Experience with and knowledge of availability management, continuity planning, capacity planning and performance analysis for the above mentioned operation systems.
Project experience in some full implementation cycles of server/client
Experience in consulting methodologies and/or project management
Strong analytical skills, results-oriented and effective in problem-solving and adding value
Ability to present complex information in a clear and structured way
Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably in Japanese
