
-Work as a project manager and IT management consultant for customer as well as internal projects and tasks
-Manage IT projects by applying project management methods through an integrative approach in order to ensure the timely and successful completion of the project goals
-Execute PMO functions for large scale IT projects
-Act as a management consultant for process management projects
-Consulting for and implementation of IT management procedures (IT quality management, change management, ITIL based methods, Cobit based procedures, service level management, IT assessments, etc.)
-Further develop current service portfolio, methodologies and knowledge base
-Extend own skills and competences in the described areas in order to continuously improve the quality and scope of the services to our customer
Required skills:
-University degree in computer science or business administration or similar area
-5+ years working experience in the area of IT
-Good project management skills and experience
-Knowledge and some experience in process management
-IT management methodologies knowledge (ITIL, Cobit, etc.)
-Some experience in IT operations and system development is preferable
-Business management knowledge and understanding (methods and best practices)
-Ability to approach a topic / project independently
-Advanced communication and relationship skills
-Advanced presentation skills
-Analytical and strategic thinking
-Experienced with MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
-Experience with ARIS or other BPM-Tool is preferred
