-　ターゲット市場におけるオンラインストアのビジネス拡大に向けての企画と実行
-　テレセールスチームとの密接な関係つくりと、ビジネス市場を対象とした各種プログラムの立案
-　4半期の予算およびプロジェクトの計画と管理
-　マーケティング、販促プログラムの立ち上げ
-　CRM、マーケティングチームとの密接な関係つくり
-　パートナー企業との関係構築

応募資格

-　新規事業開拓の分野における経験が5年以上ある方（対法人企業であれば尚可）
-　ダイレクトマーケティング、オンラインストア、販促広告等のウェブ知識をお持ちの方
-　チームワークを大切にしクリエイティブな考えが出来る方
-　MBAをお持ちの方であれば尚可
-　コンピュータに関する知識（ハード、ソフトフェア）をお持ちの方であれば尚可
-　要英語力


Job Summary
- Report to the Senior Manager for Education and SB/Pro, and define the online store sales proposition for small to medium sized businesses and pro markets
- Devise and implement a plan to elevate the existing online store to a major platform for new account acquisition.
- In close relationship with the Telesales team, develop new programs and initiatives relevant to business professionals
- Establish an Annual/Quarterly demand generation plan and budget activities
- Develop marketing & promotional programs in support of the plan
- Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to activate and evaluate programs
- Establish close relationships with industry associations, partners and/or affiliates

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in new business development, preferably in B-to-B
- Excellent knowledge of the web, with a solid know-how in direct marketing and online sales/promotion activities.
- Experience of partnership development and management
- Demonstrated experience in influencing cross-functional teams within a medium to large organization
- Native Japanese speaker. Business level written and oral communication skills in English preferred
- Strong team player, creative thinker
- Business School qualification preferred, but not essential
- Knowledge of computer hardware/software industries would be a distinct advantage
