Main responsibilities will include:

・ Manages a highly competent team of accountants. Leads them,
　 develops them, and gets the best work out of them.

・ Interfaces with Corporate Finance at the US parent company, and
　 successfully represents Japan’s interest. Conversely, help the
　 Japan Finance team understand the interest of the entire
　 cooperation, not just what works for Japan.

・ Reports monthly financial results to Corporate Finance.

・ Manages some of the key accounting processes requiring sound
　 accounting judgement.

・ With assistance from the Tax Manager, prepares tax filing
　 documents and official financial reports under the Japanese
　 Commercial Code with the support from accounting/audit firms.

・ University education
・ More than 6 years of job experience in finance/accounting area
・ Oral and written English skills
・ Good interpersonal communication skill
