Duties include:

Booking tickets and sending confirmations
Liaison between trading desk and back office
Provide support for Electronic Trading platform
Answer questions clients have about their orders and the market
Help clients place, amend and cancel orders
Other front office related tasks

You should ideally possess the following skills/experience:

1-3 years experience working at a securities firm
Able to perform well under time pressure
Excellent communication skill, verbal/written both in Japanese and English
Familiarity with Japanese and Western business culture and protocol
Organizational skills and attention to detail imperative
Flexibility in learning and accepting new tasks
JSDA Sales Representative 2 (Preferably 1) holder would be a benefit, but not mandatory
