Duties:
・　　　Contact, report and negotiate with HR in the regional head office that control the overall Asia Pacific
・ Improve or review the personnel and compensation system
・ Integrate the personnel and compensation
・ Manage the entire operation of HR in Japan.
・ Managing the recruiting and establishing the job description
・ Payroll and salary planning administration and coordinate salary administration and other compensation matters
・ Administration and total HR planning duties.
・ Other HR duties as assigned.

Requirements:
・ Strongly require experience accomplish integration at 2 or 3 companies
・ Having a business ability (operation level) and the area of specialization
・ Knowledge of social insurance and labor standard laws
・ Team player with other staff
・ High planning ability, data analysis and ability to take action
・ High skill of PC
・ Knowledge of over view of HR matter
・ He/she is expected to have 8+ years of HR and Management experience
・ Also need good experience in payroll and salary planning administration as well as good experience in recruiting and employee development.
・ Advanced English TOEIC 800+
