Japanese national or permission to work in Japan required  

1. Provide presales technical support to Premier Customers.
2. Develop achievable presale plan for assigned accounts in accordance with business unit sales goals.
3. Identify opportunities for more effective technical support to the sales team.
4. Work with the account teams to develop and recommend solutions that meet customer’s business requirements.
5. Give Technical presentations.
6. Work on network and solution design and architecture.

1. Several years experience in the telecommunications, information technology, and/or systems integration industries.
2. Several years sales engineering or technical sales consultation experience is desired.
3. BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
4. TCP/IP and/or MPLS-based VPN routing and switching experience.
5. Cisco, Juniper Networks, Nortel, Microsoft, Checkpoint, CISSP security certifications are a plus.
6. Excellent customer presentation skills in Japanese with very strong and proven written and verbal English skills.
7. Strong teamwork and mentoring skills.
