COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
・World leading Asset Management company with $1.5 trillion of assets under management is seeking an Internal Auditor for their business in Japan.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
・In this position you will prepare and execute planned audits, reporting directly to the Head of Internal Audit. This is a replacement of an internal move, opening up an exciting and challenging position in Internal Audit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and execute planned audits.
- Complete audit working papers and reports including practical and effective recommendations for enhancing controls and procedures.
- Actively follow up recommendations to ensure that appropriate enhancements have been implemented by management on a timely basis.
- Provide relevant reports to Management to ensure risk awareness and appropriate focus on internal control.
- Liaise with external auditors and other members of Internal Audit to co-ordinate the overall audit effort and ensure effective and efficient integrated coverage.
- Assist with audit projects in other Asian locations if required.

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years experience in Internal Audit, Compliance or related control function in financial services.
- CPA preferred, but not essential.
- Strong written and oral English language and Japanese communication skills.
