Responsibilities:

- Manage total revenue in 2 business units encompassing more than 260 employees
- Analysis of data prepared by 2 staff members on individual business units
- Preparation of action plans based on gathered data
- Maintain close contact with the Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate business plans
- Making reports to upper management in the Japan and US offices.

Requirements:

- Background in finance or business planning, preferably within the life science industry
- Interest in the Life Science industry
- Experience communicating with sales and marketing teams
- Experience reporting to upper management and foreign headquarters
- English ability for telephone and e-mail with US HQ
