職務内容

・ ご経験に応じて数十名から数百名単位のオペレーションのマネジメントやカスタマーリレーションをお任せします
・ 入出庫/在庫/輸送の管理等、各セクションのロジスティクス・オペレーションの管理・統括
・ 労務や損益を含む人員・予算の管理
・ 見積り、請求管理、レポート作成、業務分析等
・ お客様やベンダー等、内外関係者への企画提案や各種調整等
・ その他、各種プロジェクト業務

希望条件　（必須条件）

・ ３年以上SCM、物流、通流、配送業界等でのマネジメント経験
・ マトリックス組織でプロジェクトリーダー、スーパーバイザーのご経験
・ 社内外のピープル・マネジメントのご経験
・ 数字の分析に強みをお持ちの方
