A major US securities firm is looking to expand its team. This team has low staff turnover and is recognized for its diversity efforts. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support both the trading desks and clients.
◆Carry out daily client service from an operational standpoint, including allocating, generating confirmations, fails management and pre-matching
◆Handling client inquiries
◆Work closely with technology division to review, automate and streamline functions within the team, and take part in testing
◆Interact with Sales Desks and Operations teams to resolve issues
