Responsibilities include:

Reviewing agreements and term sheets against operational capabilities to help discover and resolve any
operational gaps or impractical conditions before execution of a structured transaction
Working with marketers and external clients to help arrange structured transaction workflows
Composing workflow diagrams and structured transaction document templates
Ensuring internal departments fulfill their responsibilities throughout the structured transaction life cycle
Answer structured transaction client queries and troubleshoot routine problems identified by clients;
resolving queries includes liaising externally with agent banks, custodians, and clearers; internally with
front-office, trade capture teams, documentation teams, and settlement teams.
Ensuring all events occurring throughout a structured transaction life cycle are processed correctly.

Preferred skills/experience:

OTC derivatives processing experience in marketing support, middle-office, settlement, documentation and/or trade processing roles
Previous experience in front office facing or external client facing roles
Experience working with SWIFT, BoJ net, Euroclear or Clearstream is a plus
Native or near-native Japanese language skill and English
