One of the world’s leading global banks is looking for a Senior Developer/Team Lead to lead a group of 5-10. They are looking for a senior developer to work with the business users, analyze requirements, and develop solutions for the business needs.

This role involves:

Working with the business users to analyze and interpret business requirements and improve the speed and quality of IT solutions to match the business’ needs.

- Lead, develop and motivate staff
- Responsible for individual and team performance
- Responsible for Capacity Planning
- Interface globally with other senior managers
- Set and measure goals and objectives

- Strong Java skills with development experience using JBoss / Spring / Hibernate, and exposure to Unix
- Strong OO design skills
- Database/SQL skills
- Experience in or exposure to the Financial industry required
- 2-3 years experience leading or managing a development team

Language Skills:

- Fluent English Required. Japanese is a bonus but not necessary.
