Employee Specification - Facilities Management Director
This role encompasses a full range of Facility Management responsibilities throughout the region. It entails the application of a corporate model of high-quality service provision and responsive and professional purchasing activities, reporting through to the head office in Burbank.
The role will require a combination of attributes associated with the requirements of on-going contract and service management and the planning and management of purchasing activities. In general, the individual must be able to demonstrate customer sensitivity and awareness, exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to understand the requirements of others and to interpret and meet them within the context of a facilities strategy and budget. The ability to motivate and manage both in-house and contracted staff is essential. The role calls for a flexible and enthusiastic team player driven by the desire to manage the performance of others to the highest level.
Qualifications: Professional qualifications within the construction and facilities management field or equivalent appropriate operational experience
