-Supervise the Reporting Team
-Carry out monthly reporting (preparation is done by Reporting team members)
-Monthly Revenue Accrual for clients
-Monthly/Quarterly Resource Management with Account Team (including actual timesheet analysis)
-Quarterly Revenue Forecast
-Quarterly Outstanding PO analysis
-Staffing Plans and fee proposals upon request
-Coordinate AP
-Contract revenue accrual
-Timesheet management
