Job Description

Create proposals and implement solutions for client companies.
Oversee maintenance of solutions and understand client needs.

The main types of solutions are listed below.

IT Strategy
-IT regulation and governance, IT security countermeasures, and IT compliance consulting.

IT-Advanced
IT solution consulting to open new perspectives or develop new markets.

Integration
Project Management support, data flow/migration, system development and integration related consulting.

　クライアント企業に対し、ITの側面よりコンサルティング支援を担当します。
　クライアント企業に対する御提案時、及び提案ソリューション導入構築時に於いて、
　ソリューション内容・クライアント要望事項よりIT に関する対応要件・実装要望を
　把握し、IT 技術動向を的確に踏まえたソリューション提供・整備を担当します。
　主に下記ITカテゴリに於けるソリューション提供を行います：

　　◆'IT-Strategy' 領域
　　　：IT統制やITガバナンス、情報セキュリティ対策等の「IT関連コンプライアンス」
　　　　領域に関するコンサルティング。
　　◆'IT-Advanced' 領域
　　　：新しい視点や新しい市場の開拓を目的としたITソリューションの提案・導入に
　　　　関するコンサルティング。
　　◆'Integration' 領域
　　　：プロジェクト・マネジメント支援、データ統合／移行支援等、システム開発や
　　　　統合に関するコンサルティング。

Required Skills

For manager level or above:

Project manager or leader experience.
Ability to manage vendors.
Experience managing at least 5 people.
5 years experience with a top company.
Experience creating IT plans.
Proactive approach to solving issues.

【マネージャー以上】
IT関連の企画経験を持つプロジェクト統括管理経験者
　－製品ベンダーとの協業やコンサルティング経験として、
　　（製品やサービスの）企画経験を持つ方。
　－業務系システムの提案、及び提案案件をリーダとしてマネージした経験を持つ方。
　－5名程度の人材管理経験、及び予算管理経験を持つ方。
　－一般事業会社（システム子会社除く）にて5年以上の業務経験を持つ方。
　－IT運用設計の経験をお持ちの方。
　－課題解決に前向きに取組む方。

For consultant or senior consultant:

Experience on IT projects.
Experience planning and implementing projects.
Experience leading or managing proposal creation.
5 years working experience with a top company.
Experience customizing packages (SAP, EBS, etc.)
Experience developing systems from definition of requirements to implementation.

【コンサルタント・シニアコンサルタント】
IT関連の企画経験を持つプロジェクト経験者
　－業務経験として、IT（導入）企画、調達などの担当経験を持つ方。
　－業務系システム提案案件に於いて、サブリーダ以上としてマネージした
　　　経験を持つ方。
　－5名程度の人材管理経験、及び予算管理経験を持つ方。
　－一般事業会社（システム子会社除く）にて5年以上の業務経験を持つ方。
　－業務系パッケージ（SAP、EBS以外）のカスタマイズ提案、或いは同カスタマイズ
　　　実装経験者
　－要件定義～導入までのシステム開発経験を一通りお持ちの方。
