Role:
Understand customer requirements, and create a customized solution.
Develop new business using business and technical skills.
Confirm customer needs after implementation.

技術、製品、プロセス、コンサルティング販売のノウハウを活かしてソリューションとサービス提供のビジネスチャンスを的確に活かしてビジネスを推進します。
システム構成図、提案書などを作成すると共に、適切なソリューションを提供するためのインプリメンテーションの基本サービスを定義します。
デリバリ部門と共にカスタマニーズを満たすソリューションの提案と導入についての責任を持ちます。
導入後のソリューションが顧客にニーズと適合していることを確認します。
担当エリアにおける製品・サービスの売上目標達成に貢献します。
アカウント・チーム（営業、サービス）と技術支援部門間の調整役となるとともに技術支援部門をサポートします。
カスタマとの間に付加価値の高い関係を築き、信頼できる技術アドバイザーとなります。

Required Skills

Requirements:
College degree or equivalent.
5 years related experience.
Experience with pre-sales, system proposals, application, or support.
Overall computer skills (storage, server, database, network, applications)

応募資格高専・大卒（理系）以上、または同等の能力を有する方
関連分野での５年以上の経験のある方
プリセールス、システム提案、運用、サポート等の経験のある方
コンピュータ全般（ストレージ、サーバ、データベース、ネットワーク、アプリケーション等）の知識、またはその分野での運用経験のある方
