A multi-national asset management & loan servicing company that manages acquired, originated and securitized real estate and loan asset portfolios is looking for a loan administration analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities
*　Assist in various special projects at the direction and discretion of the Director of Servicing whom he/she report to
*　Work with the various Loan Administration teams as well as with the various departments within company
*　Develop complete Policies and Procedures for Loan Administration team
*　Involve in various business analysis of the Loan Administration department
*　Coordinate communication between the Loan Administration team and SCORE support in order to improve training, system development and system needs for Loan Administration

Qualifications
*　University Degree preferably in either Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance
*　Prior professional work experience within a multi-cultural firm
*　Advanced English skill
*　Prior project management experience in a finance related company
*　Detail oriented, independent worker
*　Problem solver
*　Understanding of business processes
*　Goal oriented
*　Assertive
*　Excellent Excel skills
