・ ５年以上のLuxury Brand BusinessにおけるPR担当（管理職経験者）またはMode系ファッション雑誌のファッション担当編集者経験
・ 豊富なPR業務の経験とそれによって培われた業界のネットワークにより、「この分野のプロ」としての判断・企画・実行ができること
・ PR業務をLuxury Brand BusinessのKey Driverと理解し、あらゆる活動のイニシアチヴを取るべく強いリーダーシップと高いコミュニケーション能力を持つこと

その他の条件

・ 英語： Fluent以上 （Italy本社および各Regionとのコミュニケーション有り）
・ ブランドビジネス・ファッションに強い興味と深い知識を持ち、ラグジュアリー業界・ファッション業界のコア人材として敬われるpresence・ただずまいがあること
