Job Description
For more than a century, our client has been renowned for their innovative and unique crystal designs, miraculously transforming fashion into a sparkling world of fantasy.Today, you have a chance to join this exciting company as the assistant store manager of their first-ever flagship store.
1. Supports the Store Manager by sharing responsibility for the team and their performance
2. Spends maximum time on the shop floor by catering to customers’ needs
3. Ensures high quality of customer service and brand experience
4. Assists in managing the store, team and individual performances by developing and communicating qualitative/quantitative objectives and ensures goals are
5. Plans together with Retail manager and implements staff level in order to meet business needs.
6. Supports the execution of a qualitative annual performance appraisal
8. Monitors store area retail environment and competitor activities
9. Hosts events, exhibition held in the flagship store.
Required Skills
1. 3 years experience as a store manager
2. Good knowledge of the luxury industry in Japan
3. Ability to manage a cross cultural team
