Job Description

  • 電話やメールを通じて開発チームに対するプログラミングのサポートを行う
  • 顧客からの指摘により発覚したバグをコード化された様式で管理する
  •  
  • マネージャーや他の部署からの要請により小規模なプログラムプロジェクトに参加する（日米合同が基本）
  • 知識データベースや顧客に対してコード化されたコードサンプルを提供する
  • バグのテストと検証
  • フィードバックや提案をすることにより商品の改善に貢献し、新商品のためのアイディアを出す

Required Skills

  • 技術的な知識と向学心。次のスキルに出来るだけ多く精通していること（必要順）:C#, VB.NET, VB6, VC++, Web dev (ASP.NET, ASP, XML, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML).
  • 製品ライフサイクルや開発に関する実務経験
  • コンポーネントアーキテクチャやメソドロジーに関して熱意があり、精通していること
  • クライアント/サーバーコンポーネントメソドロジーの知識
  • 開発プログラマーのお仕事ではございませんが、同様以上の知識を必要とします。筆記、口頭による .NET アプリケーションの試験にパスすることが条件となります
  • 米国本社とのメールと口頭によるコミュニケーション、技術文書読解が可能なレベルの英語力
  • 日本国籍、または就労ビザをお持ちの外国人
