Job Description

Major International Healthcare Company seeks HR Coordinator to join their Human Resources team in Akasaka office. The job will involve recruitment, payroll, benefit, recruiting of temporary staff etc. Some English skill s would be necessary to communicate with the main office abroad. Company has been in Japan for 12 years.

Required Skills

Experience and critical competencies:



- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources

- Experience in hiring (both regular employees and temporary staff)
will be a plus;

- Optimistic (positive thinking) and open-minded person;

- Willingness to learn and positive attitude to self-improvement;

- University graduate

- English skills enough to communicate with the main office abroad.
