仕事内容/////////////
Responsibilities:

・Management of the overall ING Life Japan balance sheet from a financial (actuarial) risk
perspective;

・Review and perform analysis for monthly ALM report; and maintain the model for Value at Risk (VaR) calculation;

・Develop, maintain, and utilize Asset/Liability models to support a variety of risk analysis activities. Initiate and lead projects to improve the methodology, monitoring and controlling process;

・Perform calculation for quarterly reporting of Economic Capital and for market consistent metrics reporting; and conduct stochastic projections required for these reports;

・Provide support as needed for other ALM projects or new reporting requirements;

・Lead junior team members to fulfill reporting and analysis requirement.

Job qualification
・Minimum of 5 years of relevant experiences in the financial insurance industry;

・At least 3 years of modeling, ALM or risk management experience, ideally with 4-6 actuarial exams or actuarial qualification;

・Highly analytical, strong oral and written communication skills, detail oriented with strong problem solving skills

・General software skills (Microsoft Office)

The ideal candidate would be a team player with an emphasis on getting things done in an accurate and timely manner.
