Job Description

Our International client established over 100 years and employs more than 70,000 people worldwide, is currently looking to recruit an I.S. System Analyst for their Asian operations.

The ideal candidate will be aged 30s - mid 40s with strong experience in CRM Technology.

Reporting directly to the I.S. Director working in a team of 30 people in their I.S. operations department.

Main responsibilities will include:
Designing, developing, implementing and supporting their automation
field sales activities.
Configuring and testing of SFA solutions
Develop business procedures, documentation and facilitate training.

Required Skills

Minimum 3 - 5 years in system analysis, development and/or system
support.
Minimum 2 years experience in the area of Sales or Marketing
systems.
Working experience in multi-national company/team using English.
Project leadership role in more than 1 project.
University degree or equivalent — preferably in Computer Science or
Business Administration.
TOEIC 800 pts+
Some project management experience
Experience in requirement analysis, implementation of Customer
Relationship Management (CRM), preferably toward corporate
customers.
Understanding and hands-on experience to one of the following CRM
tool: Siebel, Oracle CRM, or SAP CRM.
