We represent a number of prestigious US Law Firms who are looking for professional Legal Secretaries to provide support to lawyers in growing departments. You will have previous experience as a Legal Secretary and will enjoy working in an international environment.

The firms vary in size from smaller internationals through to the largest offices in Tokyo. Each firm however maintains high professional standards and are looking for support staff who are comfortable within such an environment.

You will provide ongoing support to the Lawyers in the office and can expect to be using your English and Japanese skills on a daily basis, so you must be comfortable using both languages.

These firms all offer lovely office environments and are very supportive and friendly. Staff are encouraged to develop their skills and qualifications and to work both independently and as part of a team as required.

Legal Secretarial Experience.
International Law Firm experience an advantage.
