[ Responsibilities ]

- Work closely with sales team in addressing sales pipeline
- Respond to RFPs/ Build Proposals
- Customer presentations on SAP capability, methodologies, SAP expertise, toolsets and differentiators.
- Active Pre-sales Support in local geography
- Provide consultation to customers in Planning SAP projects, assist customers in building business case for SAP project initiatives
- Provide consultation to customers on optimal solutions, costs, schedules and solution options
- Set and manage expectations with customer and project team at all stages of SAP project life cycle.
- Provide technical leadership to SAP technical teams involved in execution of projects
- Participation in SAP and external forums and events
- Contribution in developing White papers and building IP in SAP space
- Ability to provide technical leadership to the project teams to deliver innovative solutions to complex business situations, influence business in process reengineering and drive out-of-the box SAP solutions
- Actively participate in early stages of Project delivery lifecycle to ensure that SAP solutions and scope if properly administered
- Build and execute training programs to enable teams effectively deliver on SAP engagements.

【 資格 】

◆ MBA／エンジニアリング又はコンピューターサイエンスの卒業。
◆ SAPコンサルタントサーティフィケイション（いずれのモージュルも可）

【 スキルと経験要件 】

◆ 10～15年の実務経験、及び最低10年間のビジネスドメインでSAPプロジェクト及び以下の機能でSAP技術専門知識と広範囲にわたる経験
　　・調達及び分析性
　　・販売、CRM
　　・サードパーティーのロジスティクス（3PL）管理、出荷と輸送、倉庫管理経験含めるロジスティクス
　　・SCM
　　・財務会計
　　・管理会計
　　・生産管理

◆ SRM, CRM, BCS 等のSAP add-onの専門知識
◆ エンドトゥエンドSAP導入経験／モジュールリードとして外資系企業でのロールアウト経験
◆ 設計で方法とツールセットとコーアERPアプリケーションプラットフォームとしてSAPで異種システムランドスケープにおけるソリューション実施の実務経験
◆ 大規模なSAP導入、ロールアウトプロジェクト向け開発と見積経験
◆ 大規模SAPプロジェクト管理でSAP,ASAPとソリューション管理方法の経験、プロジェクトマネジメントツールで実務経験
◆ プロジェクトの全フェーズでの実務経験―開発範囲、見積、GAP分析、ビジネス設計図の計画、ソリューション計画、エンドユーザのトレーニング管理、テストアクティビティ管理、ユーザトレーニング、変更管理、カットオーバー実施及び計画、Go-Live及びサポート
◆ 日本の法制度及び慣習などへの十分な理解
◆ モジュールリードとしていずれかのSAPモジュールの専門知識
◆ 日本地域でSAP管理の経験（あると望ましい）
◆ 優れた英語能力及び日本語能力
◆ 高いコミュニケーション能力―テクニカルサイド、アプリケーションパートナー、及びシステムユーザー間のコミュニケーションを円滑にする能力

[ Qualifications ]

- Masters Degree In Business Administration/ Graduation in Engineering or Computer Science
- SAP Consultant certification ( in any module)


[ Experience and Skill requirements ]

- 10 - 15 years experience with at least 10 years experience SAP projects with business domain and SAP technical expertise in either of the following functions and broad based experience across following functions:-
　　・Procurement and Analytics
　　・Sales, CRM
　　・Logistics including experience with 3rd Party logistics management, shipment and transportation, warehouse management
　　・Supply and demand planning
　　・Financials
　　・Controlling
　　・Production Planning and execution

- Expertise in SAP add-ons/ bolt on solutions such as SRM, CRM, BCS etc.
- Should have executed at least one End to End SAP implementation / multi- country Rollout responsibility as a module lead.
- Extensive hands on experience in methodologies and toolsets in designing and execution of solutions across heterogeneous system landscapes with SAP as core ERP application platform
- Scope and Estimation for large SAP implementations, rollout projects
- Experience in SAP ASAP and Solution Manager methodologies in managing large SAP projects- Hands on experience and familiarity with Project Management tools
- Experience to cover full life cycle of project activities including - Scoping, Estimation, GAP analysis, building business blueprints, solution construction, management of end user training, management of testing activities, user acceptance, change management, cutover activities and scheduling, management of go-live and support.
- Excellent understanding of Japan specific rules, regulations, statutory requirements and localization experience
- Expertise in any of the SAP modules as a module lead
- Preferred: Experience in managing SAP Upgrades in Japan geography
- Fluency in English and Japanese Language
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively facilitate communication among technical resources, cross-application partners, external partners and system users
