IT Specialist will be responsible to support users in three locations in Japan. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
・ PC setup, application upgrade
・ PC troubleshooting, contacting vendors for repair
・ Helpdesk (Lotus Notes, Office 2003, reset password, etc)
・ Provide training to new hires on how to use Lotus Notes and Office 2003.
・ Printer Maintenance
・ Change backup tapes
・ Coordinate with oversea IT Staff to resolve issues and to work on projects

Responsibility may grow as the candidate gains experience and familiarize with Global IT operation.

Connection, check TCP/IP settings, using basic commands such as “ping” and “tracert”)
・ have experience working with oversea IT staff (troubleshooting, projects, etc)
・ be proficient in Japanese, and must be able to read/write/speak English (equivalent of TOEIC score 730).

・ MCP/MCSE or experience with Windows 2000 and 2003 Servers in Active Directory environment
・ CCNA or experience with Cisco Router/Switches
・ Experience with managing Nortel PBX
