LEADING GLOBAL INVESTMENT BANK IN THE MARKET requires a C++ HANDS ON TEAM LEAD to work in their highly successful Derivatives team. The team provides technical solutions and support across areas including Foreign Exchange, Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Commodities and Equity Derivatives in the pan-asia region. This role works very closely to the business and due to the cross product nature of the team, you will be exposed to various vanilla and exotic derivative products traded by this bank.

Responsibilities:
・ Leading a team of four people in Tokyo
・ Managing the projects aimed at enabling straight-through-processing (STP) with users/technologists from several locations
・ Working with regional business analysts to define requirements
・ Participation in full project lifecycle development with users/technologists from several locations
