Job Description
An excellent opportunity for someone with a fair knowledge of FIX Connectivity is available with a leading financial company. This role will suit someone who would quickly like to progress in their career as the company provides rapid training and promotion opportunities.
The company is seeking a good communicator to work in their connectivity team.
This team is responsible for connecting the Fund Managers to the Brokers electronically.
Very quick career promotion and training opportunities - and as such this is an great opportunity for the right candidate.
Lower level experience in the relevant areas is fine.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should have an understanding of these flows and knowledge of FIX.
Basic UNIX Skills
Understanding of FIX messages and recovery
The candidate should have sufficient system knowledge to investigate issues with connections and determine if a system is out of protocol.
The candidate will be expected to occasionally meet clients and explain our connectivity service and process to them.
This team is rapidly growing and the candidate should be seeking rapid career progression
