4. Internal software support
5. ERP software support
Additional Responsibilities
6. Support all users in the Tokyo office (60-80 users)
7. Software operation instructions (including Windows setup and settings)
8. PC troubleshooting

Required Skills

- 日常会話の英語力、流暢な日本語
- 2年以上のIT経験
- 2年以上のJavaソフトウェア開発経験
- Oracle、PL/SQLスキル
- 強いコミュニケーションスキル

- Conversational English, Fluent Japanese
- At least 2 years Professional Experience in IT
- 2 years software development on Java experience
- Oracle, PL/SQL skills
- Strong communication skills
