応募条件：
品質保証や品質管理に関して、７年以上の経験があること。
品質管理方法の改善や実行、組織人材計画の推進により、一定の成果を挙げていてリ－ダ－シップに優れていること。
世界的な食品会社における品質基準に基づき、品質管理プロセスを改善した経験があること。
品質管理プロジェクト（例：ISOなど）を統率した経験があること。
