Global ISR
Taking business direction from GAM, ISR plays a key role in sales execution at the HQ country and assists remote ISR and RAMs. Global ISR should be measured, recognized and compensated on global revenue, profit, customer satisfaction and wallet share.
- Be the backup to the GAM as single point of contact and accountable to the customer
- Understand customer’s global strategy, growth plans and anticipate impact on company’s business
- Develop effective relationships with key customer stake holders involved with PC projects
- Willing to international travel and eager to learn and appreciate geographic diversity
- Focus on long term assignment (2-3 years)
- Manage Customer expectations and satisfaction
- Effective communications skills (verbal and written) with sensitivity and appreciation for geographic, language and cultural diversity
- Willingness to be available 24*7 hours to accommodate the geographic time differences and holidays
- Clear understanding of the company’s global manufacturing, fulfillment and support infrastructure and processes
- Proficient in developing global pricing and profitability strategy
- Understanding of product road map, product differentiation and value proposition
- Deep understanding of sales practices, ordering, prices and management systems
