職務内容

採用された人材は、チームの一員として勤務し、中～大規模なWindows及びネットワーク環境のサポートに関して広範な経験を得ます。具体的には、サーバー、ルーター、スイッチ、システムソフトウェアのトラブルシューティング、一般的なネットワークサポート関連業務などに従事します。また、東京を拠点に活動する顧客に対して東京地区で勤務します。

常に監督されていない状況下でも不安を感じることなく働くことができ、また自ら業務課題を発見し、業務に優先順位をつける能力も求められます。

日本在住者で面接に応じることができる方を優遇します。

求められるスキルは以下の通りです。

ルーター、スイッチ、ロードバランサーセットアップ経験及び知識
プロキシサーバー、DNSサーバーセットアップ経験及び知識
VPN機器、Firewall、IDS/IPSセットアップ経験及び知識


The successful candidate will work as part of a team and gain extensive experience with Windows and networking environments, including troubleshooting of servers, routers, switches, systems software, as well as general networking support issues. The candidate will work in the Tokyo region, with Tokyo based clients.

The candidate should be comfortable working without constant supervision and be capable of identifying and prioritizing tasks.

Location/Environment:
The candidate will work in the Tokyo region. The Candidate should be comfortable working without constant supervision and be able to identify and prioritize tasks.

Candidates should be based in Japan and available for interview.

Desirable skills include the following

Experience and knowledge in setting up routers, switches, load balancers
Experience and knowledge related to the setup of Proxy server, DNS server　
Experience and knowledge related to setup of VPN equipment, Firewall,IDS/IPS
